Freshly funded, this fintech startup was at a pivotal point, facing critical decisions about their app's core functionalities. Our tech and product teams were quick to engage, organizing targeted workshops to streamline feature prioritization and documentation. Simultaneously, we delved into extensive API research, providing informed recommendations for the most suitable APIs to integrate. Meanwhile, our design team worked with the founding team to iterate on the app's  brand identity

Throughout several weeks of workshops, our collaboration with the startup team was intensive and productive, culminating in the creation of eight comprehensive Product Requirements Documents that detailed more than 100 essential features. We concluded our work by providing a detailed estimate of the development effort required and presented a clear cost projection, ensuring the startup team had a transparent understanding of the financial investment needed to bring their vision to life.
