Karen Passmore is the founder and CEO of Predictive UX, where she leads the design and development of systems that make technology more accountable, transparent, and trustworthy. Drawing on more than 25 years in enterprise UX and technical solutioning, she created RAIbase, the first trust infrastructure for responsible AI.
RAIbase transforms the everyday project work of tech teams into verifiable credentials and auditable trust signals for people, products, and organizations, helping enterprises prove the integrity of their AI-driven technology.
Karen also collaborates with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s T3 Innovation Network, where she designed the LinkedCreds suite, including LinkedCreds Business, Resume Author, and the new AI-powered Skills Extraction project. These tools allow individuals and organizations to document, verify, and share experience-based credentials across employment and lifelong learning contexts.
