We partnered with Gryps, a SaaS platform for managing construction project documents, to enhance their user experience and knowledge discovery. Our work included auditing the platform, conducting user research, and iterating on designs to address usability challenges. By modernizing the UI and improving search functionality, we helped connect users with critical information more effectively. We achieved this through collaborative workshops to co-design the right experiences for the Gryps audience. We then polished the ideas and conducted usability testing so that we could incorporate user feedback into the final designs.

Knowledge Graph Chat

We worked with our long-time client to design an LLM-powered chat interface for their cutting-edge medical diagnostics platform. This project involved conducting multiple rounds of in-depth interviews and usability test sessions with physicians to explore how an integrated chat could provide real-time assistance at the point of care. By focusing on the unique needs of healthcare professionals, we designed an intuitive interface to streamline decision-making and enhance insights from patient data and carefully mapped scientific and clinical evidence, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Entity Extraction
DATA SCIENCE, KNOWLEDGE GRAPH, NLP
We partnered with The Rockefeller Foundation to develop an advanced NLP pipeline aimed at entity disambiguation across a vast corpus of 109,000 documents. Midway through the project, the rise of LLMs opened up exciting possibilities. With the Foundation’s permission, we pivoted to explore how an LLM could outperform traditional NLP methods. The results were groundbreaking: our team successfully extracted 1.2 million new entities and identified over 9 million queryable relationships, unlocking new insights and significantly expanding the value of the Foundation’s data.
