Job: Sr. Product Designer (Hybrid)
Senior Product Designer
FULL-TIME, CONTRACT
HYBRID (2 DAYS ON SITE IN VIENNA, VA) Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and may be subject to background checks in accordance with applicable laws and client requirements.
Our client is seeking a versatile and strategic Senior Product Designer to support design initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the critical link between high-level strategy and detailed execution, contributing across the entire design stack, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI and design system implementation. The ideal candidate will help deliver cohesive, accessible, and impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging solutions.

Collaborate closely with UX strategists, researchers, content designers, and developers.

Lead end-to-end design efforts for key initiatives, from discovery through delivery.

Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and interfaces using Figma.

Maintain consistency across platforms by contributing to and evolving the shared design system.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between design execution and strategic goals.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally within enterprise environments.

Strong portfolio demonstrating fullstack design ( strategy, wireframing, UI, and systems thinking).

Experience designing for both internal tools and customer-facing digital products.

Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
Bonus:

Familiarity with financial services and member-centric organizations.

Experience with strategic planning tools, marketing or conversion-focused experiences.

Background contributing to or scaling design systems across multiple teams.
