Our client is seeking a versatile and strategic Senior Product Designer to support design initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the critical link between high-level strategy and detailed execution, contributing across the entire design stack, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI and design system implementation. The ideal candidate will help deliver cohesive, accessible, and impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging solutions.

• Collaborate closely with UX strategists, researchers, content designers, and developers.

• Lead end-to-end design efforts for key initiatives, from discovery through delivery.

• Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and interfaces using Figma.

• Maintain consistency across platforms by contributing to and evolving the shared design system.

• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between design execution and strategic goals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally within enterprise environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating fullstack design ( strategy, wireframing, UI, and systems thinking).

• Experience designing for both internal tools and customer-facing digital products.

• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.

Bonus:

• Familiarity with financial services and member-centric organizations.

• Experience with strategic planning tools, marketing or conversion-focused experiences.

• Background contributing to or scaling design systems across multiple teams.
