Jen is our resident Design Lead and joined Predictive UX from Deloitte to grow a world-class digital design team. Under her leadership, our team of researchers, designers and creators are the people designing new experiences for Fortune 500 companies and disruptive startups. During her time with Predictive UX Jen has spearheaded UX design and research in fintech, healthcare and B2B SaaS solutions. She is a thoughtful and focused leader who brings out the best qualities in each of our team members. Jen is also an entrepreneur herself and co-owns and operates a sustainable cutlery business. Jen is a business-oriented product design leader with experience and expertise in all facets of user centered strategy, research and design. She is a data driven decision maker that relies on both qualitative and quantitative research to solve complex problems and achieve business and financial goals for clients.

  • Jen led usability testing of a healthcare app with physicians to score the mental workload on the NASA-TLX and the usability using the System Usability Scale to uncover how to increase ease of use and product adoption.

  • Led the design of a SaaS customer feedback dashboard for a large SaaS software company to surface customer sentiment per component down to the actual feedback provided by the customer.
  • Led a team of designers in the UX and UI design of a diagnostic tool in the healthcare space with a search experience that includes knowledge panels and takes into consideration data from the EMR, patient visit and two domain ontologies.

UX Lead at Predictive UX

  • Present, consult, and lead teams through collaborative Design Thinking workshops.
  • Act as a design SME, proposing relevant UX and research activities to find answers to complex user experience challenges.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Debrief internal teams, keeping things actionable every step of the way.
  • Manage UX and UI design work for a variety of applications to include a real estate financial payment platform, a healthcare diagnostic tool, a data-rich SaaS dashboard with drill downs into customer sentiment, and more.
