How We Work
How we design digital products
1. Define Audience
The user is at the center of all we do, so we naturally want to know them better. This process starts with research, workshops, and interviews to discover more about your business and user needs, pain points, and desires. This is when we create personas and journey maps.
2. Prototype & Test
Using audience insights, we quickly prototype what we've heard, facilitate testing with you and your users, and then iterate designs until we've met the desired outcome. We conclude this step with a detailed report of test results and annotations of our wireframes.
3. Detail Findings
We document all of our findings as we work, continuing throughout each sprint and validating often, so there are no surprises. At the conclusion of our work, we compile all of our documentation into a single source and formally present our process, prototype, and findings to you.
